The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, Greenfield Business Association, and Greening Greenfield are pleased to present the 36th annual lifestyle trade show April 22 and 23 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds 10 am to 4 pm both days. This eco-friendly event highlights businesses, products, leisure services, green living and information available in the Franklin County region in a trade show setting.

This year we are pleased to be partnering with the Valley Home Expo (valleyhomeEXPO.com) in Northampton (March 18 & 19), The Recorder, and The Gazette to promote the shows in Franklin and Hampshire Counties. This local show partnership offers many benefits including a monthly home show column from January-April, broad reach e-blasts, and shared website content. We are also offering a 20% discount if you would like to exhibit at both shows. Additionally we will have a billboard at the Greenfield Rotary during March and April 2017. Greening Greenfield will host how-to workshops on sustainable topics relating to home and garden which attract significant attendance to the show.
Exhibits and Booth Décor
Indoor exhibitor space will be available in two buildings with heat, electric, and pipe and drape provided. Single booth space is 8’x10’ with multiples allowed. Some booths may be shared with approval of the Show Team.
We will offer outside 10’x10’ exhibitor spaces as well as spots for larger exhibits and installation. Outdoor spots do not include electric unless special arrangements have been made. Exhibitors will provide their own pop-up tents if needed.
Selling and Demonstrations
The show is open to all businesses that produce or sell products or services in the greater Franklin County area. There are no exclusive exhibitor rights. Locations will be determined by the Show Team and exhibitors will be placed in the order that applications are received.
Set-up and Removal of Exhibits: Set-up will be Friday, April 21 from 10 am-6 pm and Saturday from 7-9 am. Exhibits must remain until close of show on Sunday at 4 pm and goods must be removed by 6 pm Sunday or noon on Monday.
Parking for exhibitors and customers will be nearby and food will be available outside.
